Deed Restrictions
As you all know in November 2001, the deed restrictions for each of the original seven sections of Avalon Place were restated and amended into one, single document and were approved and recorded for the betterment of our neighborhood.

Architectural Restrictions
All new construction and exterior remodeling and renovation is required to be constructed in accordance with the requirements for each specific Section of Avalon Place as outlined in the restated and amended Deed Restrictions. All drawings (PDF Format Preferred) will need to be submitted to the Architectural Review Committee for review. This committee is comprised of the Board of Directors.

Dues
Current Dues (effective January 2010) are $735 per year.

Dogs
If you are a dog owner please walk your dog on a leash and pick up any droppings per the City regulations and as a courtesy to your neighbors. Dogs are not allowed within the fenced areas of the adjacent Spark Park at River Oaks Elementary School.

Garage and Estate Sales/Yard Signage
Please remember that garage & estate sales and yard signs ARE NOT PERMITTED in Avalon Place. For any questions, please refer to our website for the Deed Restrictions which prohibit garage & estate sales, signage and other important items. Please do not allow temporary construction or open house signage to be placed on your property.
